So you're ready to try HonorGuard, well, what’s the process look like?

Our warm office staff awaits your call. It will be our pleasure to hear of your pest problem and direct you to a representative who will meet with you at your home at your earliest convenience; usually the same day or hg experience photofollowing day. While at your home, we will listen to the details of your request and make note of your unique needs as they relate to your family members and pets. We will efficiently and expertly assess your areas of concern, determine where your house is inviting to pests and identify areas where your home is vulnerable to infestation and damage. We’ll present a thorough treatment plan, designed with safety and effectiveness in mind. We know your days are already full, so we never take up more time than is necessary to help you gain peace of mind knowing that your pest control needs are in good hands.

And did we mention that it is our privilege to offer this inspection to you as a courtesy?

hg experience photo 2In some cases we can even initiate your pest control service plan while we have you on the phone and avoid your need to meet with us at your home. Your service will be scheduled as soon as possible and our service technician will come to your home to work her/his magic using appropriate treatment procedures and eco-friendly products. 

We offer a yearly service agreement, which allows you to sit back and relax knowing that HonorGuard is easy to work with; but hard on bugs. Each customer receives follow-up care and attention. We invite your feedback and welcome your comments about our service at your home. If you experience any dissatisfaction, it will be our pleasure to return to your home until the problem is resolved, with no additional charge to you.
