Just wanted to let you know how pleased I have been with your company and the services provided by its employees.
I was a customer of another company for 8+ years. When we moved into our current residence we shortly realized we had a serious ant problem. We were being treated monthly for pests and quite often they would have to come between regular treatments to treat for ants. Unfortunately, no matter what they did, the ant problem would not go away. I resigned myself to the fact that the ants and I would have to co-exist.
When my husband told me that John, a basketball friend, was starting up a new pest control company, I decided to give them a chance.
After the first treatment with HonorGuard, I was amazed! The ants were gone. I had lived with them for 8 years because I thought I had no other choice.
I began using HonorGuard in the summer of 2004. I did not see ants for about 5 months. At the first sign of ants in the house, I called HonorGuard and a technician was at my house within 24 hours. This was the day before Thanksgiving, 2004.
We are now getting ready to buy a new house and as part of the inspection process I called HonorGuard and asked them to inspect the house for any signs of unwelcome pests as well as do a termite letter. Gary Moore came to our new house and did a thorough inspection and also gave us information for termite control. The Realtor was very impressed with his inspection process and asked for his number.
